StrengthsQuest
The Gallup organization is a worldwide leader in research, polling and marketing who have designed and implemented a work product called StrengthsQuest specifically intended for the college student. StrenghtsQuest boasts of over 500,000 students who have taken the Clifton strengths finder assessment and have recognized over 600 US colleges and universities as “strengths based campuses.”
ULifeCoach is very proud to have been recently distinguished as a “strength based campus/organization” by Gallup. ULifeCoach President, Dr. Chris Turner recently received the “advocate” credentials while attending the seminar training at the Gallup headquarters in Omaha, NE. College Grazing is an internet company that helps students prepare for what awaits them as a college student while ULifeCoach helps them stay in school and graduate. It has great potential to help students in all facets of their college experience.

Our philosophy is to come along side academic institutions and augment their efforts of retention and graduation rates by directly connecting with the student through one to one coaching. The genius of this approach is that our coaches are single-mindedly focused on each student so as to enhance his/her college experience.
Each student is assigned a coach who personally and professionally helps the student not only academically, but in all aspects of navigating the college experience.
In the strictest sense our coaches are not counselors, academic advisors, teachers, or tutors. However by definition the process involves some of those similar characteristics, but with the distinct goal of keeping the student focused on staying in school and graduating.
The process allows for so much more to take place in the coach/student dynamic as we help them with key aspects (time management, study skills, community volunteerism, personal safety, etc.) of college life as well.
